This little villa (approx. 52 m²), furnished and completely renovated, is located in our garden and, besides its pleasant setting, offers independently heating (gas), intercom/door-buzzer, phone (fixed line), double-glazing. It can take up to four adults. Linnen and towels at your disposition.
The living room (approx. 22 m²) with sideboard, six chairs, bookcase, satellite TV (international as well as French channels), high-speed Internet connection/WIFI, and sofa-bed for two .
The bedroom (approx. 17 m²) with two big beds (3 ft x 6 ft) a small desk and a large fitted wardrobe.
The kitchen (approx. 5 m2), fully equipped with sink, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, combined microwave/grill, four-ring gas hob, ventilator hood, toaster, coffee-machine, raclette, kettle, plates and cutlery, iron and ironing board, vacuum-cleaner and other cleaning materials. Bathroom (approx. 8 m2) with shower, basin, toilet, bidet and washing-machine.

Beginning 2010 the town of St.Germain has introduced a ‘taxe de séjour’ (tourist tax) which is 1 €uro per night and person (older than 13 years ). We pay this tax (a supplement to our room rates ) to the public treasury.
