... is an independant part inside our main building. You have your own private space with an separate entrance on the ground floor. The spacious and very comfortable B&B-Room (approx. 20 m²) can accommodate two adults and one child free (max. 5 years old). Windows with double glazing, two big beds (both 100 cm x 200 cm) Sideboard, wardrobe, table, 3 chairs, fridge, telephone, satellite TV (international as well as French channels), high-speed internet connection/WIFI, en-suite bathroom (5 m²) with toilet, basin, shower and bidet. At no extra cost to you, we take care of linen and towels, and provide a nice, big breakfast included in the price and served at the room – like in the good hotels.

Beginning 2010 the town of St.Germain has introduced a ‘taxe de séjour’ (tourist tax) which is 1 €uro per night and person (older than 13 years ). We pay this tax (a supplement to our room rates ) to the public treasury.
