The stand-alone villa (approx. 50m2), fully furnished and renovated, is located in our garden and, besides its pleasant setting, offers independently controlled heating (gas), intercom and door-buzzer, phone (fixed line) as well as insulation and double-glazing. It can take up to four people (adults), and water, gas and electricity is included in the price.
The living room (approx. 22 m2) is furnished with a sideboard, six chairs, a bookcase, satellite TV (international as well as French channels), high-speed Internet connection/WIFI, phone and a sofa-bed for two.
The bedroom (approx. 17 m2) has two big beds (3 ft x 6 ft) a small desk and a large fitted wardrobe.
The kitchen (approx. 5 m2), fully equipped with sink, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, combined microwave and grill, four-ring gas hob covered by a ventilator hood, toaster, electric coffee-maker, raclette, kettle, vacuum-cleaner and other cleaning materials, plates and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom (approx. 8 m2) with shower, basin, toilet, bidet and washing-machine.
When the weather is good, you can use the garden, along with garden furniture and a barbecue.
